Max Rogers is a native and lifelong resident of Atlanta. He received his undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Georgia before graduating magna cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law.

He served as Research Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review, and his student Note was selected for publication as the best in his class. He also competed on the Georgia State Moot Court team, and he and his teammate won an award for their oral advocacy in the Atlanta Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition.

Max has interned for several judges in Atlanta, both state and federal, trial and appellate. He also spent one year working with Fulton County tenants at the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation's Housing Court Assistance Center, for which he earned the Law School Student Excellence in Access to Justice Award from the State Bar of Georgia.
